Moved things around a bit. Introduced a seperate project for Scanning and one for the AST handling. Need to fix some minor issues for this refactoring to 100% complete (everything works, theres just a speed bump that was introduced along the way)

Added support for tabs and how column position are calculated. TabSize is defined in Indentation. Default now is 3, but it will not match whatever is set in the IDE. Can't remember seeing a compiler option saying the size of the TabSize. I guess I should adjust this to 4 as default - at least it is the default in Visual Studio. Gotta ponder on this.

Created Feature: Type resolver

During parsing types are discovered, these should be registered in a type resolver.
Also during parsing, references to types are discovered, these references should
use the same type resolver to resolve the reference. If a reference is not resolved,
the problem should be registered. During type discovery, one should try to resolve
the registered non-resolved references. This could prove to be very efficient!
In addition, resolution of types are local to a single file. The using statements
plays an important role in the ability to resolve references. Fully qualified names
will ofcourse resolve without using statements.

Refactored scanners - introduced a StringMatchTokenScanner that scanners can inherit. Once and once only principal applied. :) Also added support for more newline definitions - I guess windows default is not \n but rather \n\r - supports both now
